The delightful Log House is a cheerful and charming 2,800 sq. ft. log home located in its own 2 acre alcove on the ranch. Experience the joy of a peaceful gathering with your loved ones in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath retreat with a large, fully-equipped kitchen designed for group cooking. Room for gathering together, yet space to separate for quiet time as well as you sit on the peaceful deck listening to the stream gurgling beneath you or send the children off to play a game in another room. Master Suite: King bed, sitting room, plus master bath with deep Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Second bedroom offers a queen size bed and third bedroom, twin beds. Kitchen opens to dining and great room with vaulted ceilings. Wood burning stove. Separate TV room for kids. Watch movies from our large selection. Central AC/Heat. Dishwasher. Washer & Dryer.The Log House has a telephone that is set for local calls only, but you can use your telephone credit card for long distance calls. Wi-fi internet. No television or cable, but an enormous selection of movies.
Due to the ultra-staining effect of our red soil and the white carpet throughout the Log House, we have a “no shoe” rule. We request shoes be removed prior to entry.
You will have complete access to the ranch facilities, which include a swimming pool (summer only) and picnic/barbeque area, lighted tennis court, and a catch-release fish pond. Our horses, however, are not available for riding. You are welcome to bring your own which we will board for a nominal fee.
Cleaning Fees: You will be charged an initial cleaning fee of $200, and if the unit is not left in good order, requiring cleaning beyond normal maintenance, your credit card will be charged accordingly up to $500. (excluding any damages). You will be responsible for keeping the home clean and returning it to a clean and orderly state prior to your departure. Daily cleaning by staff is available for $50 per day if you so desire.
Deposit: A $500 deposit or your credit card number will be held until such time as the Log House can be inspected for any damage or extra cleaning fees. If held in check form, your funds will be returned to you after our cleaning staff inspects the home.
